Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly confirmed as such.

Risk of loss or damage normally passes to the consumer when the goods are physically received by the consumer or a person identified by the consumer.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible UK online customers normally have 14 days after delivery to notify us that they wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods.
